Welcome to the State Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (SCAODA). Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life for Wisconsin citizens by preventing alcohol and other drug abuse and its consequences through prevention, treatment, recovery, and enforcement and control activities.
